Cancellation Policy for Website, Software and Mobile App

At Kiva Creations, we strive to provide a clear and fair cancellation policy to ensure transparency for our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your project. This policy outlines the process and implications of cancellation.

Cancellation Process

  1. Notification: To initiate a cancellation, please provide written notice to us via email at kivacreations@gmail.com. Include your project details and the reason for cancellation.

  2. Cancellation Timeline:

    • Within 5 Days of Agreement: If you cancel within 5 days of signing the contract or proposal, you will receive a full refund of any upfront payment, minus any non-refundable fees for third-party services that have already been incurred.
    • After 5 Days: If you cancel after the initial 5-day period, we will assess the work completed up to the date of cancellation. A refund may be issued based on the following criteria:
      • 50% refund of the upfront payment if work has not yet commenced.
      • No refund if significant work has been completed.
  3. Outstanding Payments: If there are any outstanding payments for work completed before cancellation, those will be due and payable.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Costs incurred for third-party services or licenses.
  • Any expenses already paid on your behalf.

Project Completion

If a project is canceled after it has already been completed, you will be responsible for the full project cost as outlined in the original agreement.

Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
